The one-off Fiat 500 Limousine used for filming Ben Stillerís Zoolander 2 comedy has appeared for sale in the AutoClassics classifieds.

On its seats sat none other than Hollywood comics Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson, the Ďabsurdly beautifulí protagonists squaring off against Will Ferrellís maniacal and villainous fashionista in 2016ís Zoolander 2. And now, this completely bespoke Fiat 500 Limousine could be yours for the princely sum of £45,000.

Employed for filming the sequel to 2001ís cult comedy Zoolander, the Fiat 500 was custom built for the movie in Abruzzo, Italy. The car was signed by the designer who used parts from a 1970s Giardiniera and a Fiat 500 F, crafting a unique classic Fiat boasting film provenance.

The bodywork was painted blue, in homage to Zoolanderís famous Blue Steel pose, with an upgraded engine installed in favour of the original. The drivetrain and running gear are currently quoted as Ďperfectí, boasting a healthy 650cc powerplant mated to a fully synchromesh gearbox. Apparently, the miniature limousine has no problem keeping up with modern traffic.

Stretched to a whopping 4 meters long, the Fiat is roughly the same length as a Range Rover. And, like the VIPís 4x4 of choice, the 500 Limo features all the amenities required to keep petulant male models from throwing a strop.

Thereís a fridge installed at the rear of the vehicle and all manner of posh interior trim, not to mention mahogany fitments and a premium music system.

The Fiat sold at auction not long after filming wrapped, then stored in Rome ever since its final take. Bidding started at Ä5000 and finished at Ä40,000 at the time, and is now for sale in the AutoClassics classifieds for £45,000. A huge amount of money for a Fiat 500, though this one is certainly unique.

Agostino Gizzi, the carís designer said: ĎI thought it was a joke at first, then I received the production company credentials through the Fiat 500 Club in Italy.í

Far from a joke, the 500 Limousine now emulates an Italian air of nonchalance and chic elegance. As a wedding car, could you honestly get much better than this? We think not.
